I like the clarity of you bring to the QM interpretation problem.
Perhaps there's a 5th option that failed to be considered with the other
4 you give in Ch.4
5. There is another smaller scale level of texture in physical behavior
that we can not discretely observe, with the transitions between wave
and particle appearances of quanta taking place by organizational
processes on that level. No gap of nature is required, only of
information.
